Sacredmeds went above and beyond and replace the incorrect item with the correct item. Great customer service as they answer my phone call right away however more attention to detail is required.

Verified ownerI like this battery, as it has enough “oomph” to use the dmt carts for sale on this site! However, the dial on the bottom of the battery is a pain at times to adjust the voltage.. I prefer the button format where you click twice to adjust. It also does need to be fully charged after each use or it doesn’t pull well enough.
Verified ownerSo far, this thing has withstood being dropped in a stream, stepped on by my husband and the joints prevail! Hah it’s very handy as the joints don’t get smooshed (or wet!)
