Rockstar Indica Dominant Hybrid

Rockstar Indica Dominant Hybrid is a fantastic cross of the incredible Rock Bud and Sensei Star cannabis strains. They are the creation of cannabis seed experts Bonguru Beans. Rockstar’s parent strain Sensei Star is a potent indica dominant hybrid, with THC ranging upwards of 26%. Rock Bud is a masterfully balanced cross of 4 strains; Afghani, Afghan Hawaiian, Big Skunk Korean and Super Skunk. By combining all of these heavy-hitting strains, Rockstar provides powerful medicinal benefits, while leaving the mind functional and alert. As a result, it is a preferred strain of medical patients and recreational users alike.

The beautiful dense buds of this indica dominant hybrid (70% Indica / 30% Sativa) are powdered with sugary purple and white crystals and have an incredibly spicy flavour. Rockstar smells of dank earth mixed with sweet skunk and spices, a truly unique scent. Not to be confused with its cousins BC Rockstar or Rockstar OG, this fantastic medicinal cannabis strain took home 2nd place at the 2012 High Times Cannabis Cup in the Hybrid category.

Appearance

This batch is made up of the smaller buds that were separated from the larger buds in a crop.

Rockstar has dense, medium-sized lumpy buds. These spade-shaped buds are also quite sticky to the touch due to the fine coating of crystals. The buds have an olive green colour and are surrounded by tiny fiery orange hairs. Dark purple leaves covered in milky white trichomes add a final accent to these gorgeous nuggets. Braking up these dense buds results in an explosion of crystals. We highly recommend using a grinder so you don’t lose any of them.

Effects

Cannabinoid Range: approximately 20% THC

Though Rockstar Mids are a hybrid, don’t expect any energetic and invigorating Sativa dominant effects. Instead, this is an Indica dominant powerhouse. The high comes on slow and smooth and provides long-lasting euphoria and happiness. It starts off quickly with a soothing relaxation that will leave you feeling happy and uplifted. Then, your body slowly eases itself into a deep and relaxing state. However, Rockstar doesn’t cause heavy sedation, so your mind stays sharp.
