Dosage

Each 0.5ml syringe of cherry oil will contain approximately 30-40 doses based on this measurement. If this is your first time using RSO oil, we recommend that you wait until the following day to increase the dosage. For example, you might not feel as much of a buzz as you expected after only 1 drop. However, this is a valuable test of your tolerance level. After that, the following day you can try two drops and see how that feels. Once you can become accustomed to having Cherry Oil in your system, you can move to more frequent use of up to every 8 hours.
